Who we are
My name is Dave and I am the owner/operator of Ask Dad Home Services or Ask Dad Pro. I am a husband, Dad and Grandpa. I have experience in several trades. (concrete, cabinetry, finish carpentry, window coverings/shutters, tile and remodeling) I am a FAA licensed airplane mechanic. I love home improvements and maintenance around the home.

Junk removal, small concrete projects, minor construction, garage shelving/cabinets, TV mounting, Interior painting, furniture assembly, small drywall repairs, faucet/sink/toilet install, Tile repair, backsplash install, flooring install, ceiling fans and light install, pantry/closet shelving install, grab bar install, and bathroom exhaust fans. Also a dealer for iron front entry doors and accordian patio doors.
Property Wellness Checks
Are you going out of town, for a month or the whole summer? Do you have a rental property? Do you want a monthly check of the basic well being of your home? I offer a monthly wellness check of your property. This service provides a complete exterior and interior check of the home, including the garage. A few of the items that are checked, include: quick check of watering system/leaks, look for any bees or pests, gates working properly, leaks around pool equipment, check condition of water heater, status and replace A/C filter, toilets flush correctly, smoke detector batteries and replace any light bulbs that are out. We can catch things before it is a bigger problem. If interested in this service, a complete list and terms can be provided.
